Woah, I'm so happy to find a group that's related to the Faroe Islands! I visited these beautiful islands last July and I completely fell in love with them (it's the most beautiful place I've ever been to, along with Iceland). The people there were incredibly kind and welcoming, and it was so enriching to learn from a culture that is so different from my own (I come from Argentina). I truly hope to visit this wonderful place again 
I just wanted to ask if it's ok if I join your group? I was only there for less than a week, so I don't have many photographs, but I would definitely enjoy watching artwork that is related to this land of yours

It's funny how we decided to go there (I went with my parents and sister). We were searching for images of the Isle of Skye on Google Earth (we were planning a trip there) and I accidentally went a bit too far up North and we ended up looking at the Faroes! As we looked through the images we just couldn't believe the beauty of the place (I had never even heard about them before
), so we took that as a sign that we should go and visit them (and Iceland too, because it was relatively close and we just thought that we should make a big adventure out of the whole trip). And I'm so happy we did, that was... well, it was the best trip I've ever been to 
We stayed in this "hotel" that is actually a boarding shcool that was open for tourists during the summer holidays. It was epic 
I do have some photographs! I still haven't uploaded them all (even tough it's been almost a year, I'm slow when it comes to uploading stuff
). But I did a folder with the pictures from the trip, here's a link: [link] (though not all of the photographs are from the Faroes because we went to UK and Iceland too 
). As soon as I upload more photos from the Faroes I'll let you know! ^^

Forgive me I don't speak your beautiful language. I speak Icelandic, but it is not the same as Faroese. I've noticed the group has had a lot of activity lately, and that really made me happy. There have been some wonderful deviations added in the last few days. I really hope the active deviations continue! I am loving them!
